Minister of Information H.E. Neth Pheaktra (L, Pic. 1) and his spouse, as well as Lok Chumteav Khieu Tep Rainsy Kanharith, spouse of H.E. Khieu Kanharith, a Lawmaker, light candles while they and the Ministry of Information’s officials were holding a religious ceremony for the first day of Kan Ben Festival, which will begin tomorrow and last for 14 days, at North Chin Dam Dek pagoda in Phnom Penh this afternoon.
