AKP Phnom Penh, September 26, 2026 -- Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State, extended his congratulations to the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on the auspicious occasion of the 77th Anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC).

In his congratulatory message to H.E. Wang Huning, Chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC, Samdech Techo said as the two sides continue to strive for the well-being and prosperity of both nations and peoples, he commended the indomitable spirit of Chinese leaders and people in exacting the Chinese dream under the Great Rejuvenation of the nation.

Samdech Techo expressed his confidence that under its farsighted leadership, China will further reach its Second Centenary Goal.

“In the present and the future, I firmly believe that our iron-clad friendship will grow from strength to strength, across all aspects, as we reinforce our fruitful cooperation for the sake of All-Weather Cambodia-China Community with a Shared Future,” he emphasised.

Recognising the longstanding friendship and excellent cooperation between the two countries, he reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with H.E. Wang Huning to further strengthen the parliamentary relations for the mutual benefits of the two peoples, contributing to peace, stability, and sustainable development in the region and beyond.
