H.E. Gen. Kittisangahabindit Kun Kim (R, Pic. 1), Senior Minister, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Cambodian Veterans and Pensioners Association (CVP), and 2026 Rotating President of the Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries (VECONAC), holds talks with H.E. Maj. Gen. Joao Miranda, First Vice President of the Veterans Association of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, at the Sun & Moon Hotel this morning, on the sidelines of the 38th VECONAC Executive Board Meeting and the 25th VECONAC General Assembly, held in Phnom Penh from Oct. 3 to 7.
