AKP Kandal, September 22, 2026 —

A delegation of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar headed by H.E. Gen. Ko Ko Oo (2nd L, Pic. 1), Union Minister for Home Affairs, arrives this evening at Techo International Airport to join the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS-2026) to be hosted by Cambodia on Sept. 23-24 in Phnom Penh under the theme “Acting Together Towards Breaking the Chain and Eradication of Online Scams."
