AKP Singapore, September 16, 2026 —

The third day of the closed-door meeting of the Conciliation Commission under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) between Cambodia and Thailand concluded this morning in Singapore.

The meeting was chaired by Ms. Katrina Cooper, Chairperson of the Conciliation Commission, with the participation of the Cambodian delegation and legal team led by H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in his capacity as Cambodia’s Agent, and the Thai delegation led by H.E. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) also participated in the meeting as Registry.
