Cambodia Defeats Bhutan 4-0 Ahead of Friendly Match against Hong Kong

Cambodia’s national football team secured a convincing 4-0 victory over Bhutan in an international friendly match held on the evening of June 4 at the National Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh, ahead of its next friendly encounter against Hong Kong scheduled for next week.
Cambodia took control of the match early, leading 2-0 at halftime before adding two more goals in the second half to complete the dominant win after 90 minutes of play.
The national team is set to play its second international friendly against Hong Kong on June 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the National Olympic Stadium.
According to the Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC), following the two friendly matches, the Cambodian national squad will travel to Japan from July 14 to 21 for a training camp in preparation for participation in the HYUNDAI Cup, which will take place from late July through Aug. 26, 2026.
